After students inferred where to find information about their animal's habitat, diet, and defense mechanism they began to take notes and cite their sources.
Some students shared their fictional story with the class on Friday. Each child will have the opportunity to read their story to the class next week.
On Friday we also went to the computer lab to finish researching each animal. Students had to take notes on their animal from a website as well as cite the website on their note-taking form.
